Is it online or in person or both?

The Weight Wellness Program is an easy access online only program to do from the comfort of your home. We recommend a good internet connection.

How do I access the program?

You can access the program on a smart phone, tablet or computer.

You need a device with access to search the internet like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.

We advise watching or listening to the seminars on wifi. If you are out of coverage of wifi, check with your mobile provider that your package covers such data usage in order to avoid incurring any charges from your mobile provider.

Our weekly practical workshops are designed to keep you motivated, stay focused, boost your self esteem, break bad habits, beat procrastination and learn the tools and strategies that work. Topics related to mindset, food, and movement.

Is there a specific diet plan I need to follow?

Weight Wellness uses a calorie-controlled system without excluding any food groups. We don’t promote special foods, shakes, or pills. Instead, we encourage wholesome, balanced meals.

Do I have to exercise every day?

Our program includes daily easy to do low intensity exercise.

How can Weight Wellness help me deal with mental pitfalls?

Our program addresses common mental challenges associated with weight loss, such as limiting beliefs, bad habits, motivation issues, and self-esteem. We provide tools and strategies to help you overcome these obstacles and build a resilient mindset.

Is Weight Wellness suitable for me?

Weight Wellness is suitable for anyone over 18 years of age. However, it is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant while on the program. We recommend everyone to check with your GP before starting on a new health program. Especially If you have any underlying health issues, concernes or injuries, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the program.

All courses must be paid for in full before the program begins. Fees are non-refundable.

Fees are also non-transferable to other programs, workshops or persons.

Do I need any equipment?

Good supporting walking shoes are advised. 

We also advise on having a measuring tape, weighing scales and food scales. 

A device to watch and/or listen to the videos and workshops. 

A wearable heart monitor like a smart watch can be helpful but is not required.

Will the program promote pills or quick fix potions?

No we won’t be promoting or selling any pills or quick fix potions.

Is this a diet?

No we don’t believe in or promote diets. It is a calorie controlled program that doesn’t exclude any food groups.
