Weight Wellness uses a calorie-controlled system without excluding any food groups. We don’t promote special foods, shakes, or pills. Instead, we encourage wholesome, balanced meals.
Our program includes daily easy to do low intensity exercise.
Our program addresses common mental challenges associated with weight loss, such as limiting beliefs, bad habits, motivation issues, and self-esteem. We provide tools and strategies to help you overcome these obstacles and build a resilient mindset.
Weight Wellness is suitable for anyone over 18 years of age and has approval from their health care provider to partake in. However, it is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant while on the program. We recommend everyone to check with your GP before starting on a new health program. Especially If you have any underlying health issues, concernes or injuries, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the program.
